How to Create a Cohort

Custom Cohorts is a great feature for when you want a more specific look at certain teams. If you want to pull reports on certain people or areas, you can use this to ensure you only get the data required.

To get started, log in to your Odro account.

Select 'My Organisation' and then click 'Custom Cohorts'.

Under 'Add New Custom Cohort', create a question and answer to screen the users you want to be included. For example:

Question: "Include in the leaderboard report?"

Answer: "Yes" or "No".

Make sure to toggle 'Force existing users to answer the question on their next login' ON.

If a multiple answer is necessary, make sure 'Allow multiple answers to be selected' is also toggled on. Then, save!

If you need to assign users to a cohort manually, click 'Assign Cohorts'.

This will show a new screen where you can select the appropriate answer and assign it to the users you need. Don't forget to click 'Save' when you're done!

Now you can use this cohort to screen users' results, for example, in an MI report!
