We highly recommend sending this test link to anyone you want to invite to an Odro meeting room. This will run an automatic diagnostics check of the user's network and hardware to ensure there aren't going to be any issues when they come to meet with you.
As the diagnostic test runs a green tick will appear to signify that there are no issues ✅
Once all six stages pass, the user will then be asked to answers four further questions based on their audio, camera feed and speakers. If all stages pass successfully the users is ready to enter the Odro meeting room and/or complete their Solo Interview.
Should an error occur during the test, a red bar will appear with an error status. For example, below the user has previously denied access for their browser to access their camera and/or microphone.
From here the user has a couple of options to resolve the issue:
They can follow the help centre article guide to allow access to their camera and/or microphone
They can submit the error using the help forum which is available on the diagnostics page. The issue will be reported to the Odro Support Team who will then reach out to the user with further guidance
