When you're in your Live Room, you'll see a toolbar at the bottom of your screen. To minimise and maximise this, click on the tab at the top of the buttons.

Keep on reading to find out what each button does.

  1. Current users in meeting: This number signifies the number of people in the Live Room. The above example is when nobody has joined yet, so the total number shown when there are others includes yourself.

  2. Start/stop private session: This button locks your Room, meaning nobody else can join it for the duration of the locked session. We recommend doing this to keep your meeting secure. You can read more on Live Room security in this article >>

  3. Start/stop your camera feed: This button will start or stop your camera feed. When turned off, it will be highlighted in red and your camera feed will disappear. You will still be able to speak (unless muted), hear and see others. Just click it again to turn your camera back on.

  4. Disconnect from this meeting: This button is to disconnect from the meeting once you're done. If your Room is locked, you'll see a pop-up asking if you're sure you want to leave.

  5. Start/stop recording: Simply click to record the session and click again to end the recording. You'll see a pop-up confirming when the recording has stopped or ended. When recording, this icon will show as blue. To learn how to manage your room recordings, click here >>

  6. Blur background: Click here to blur your background when you're on camera. When your background is blurred, the icon will be green. Click it again to turn the blur off. Your blur settings will stay on when using the same browser. So if it's set to in, it'll still be on the next time you enter your room.

  7. Open/close the chat window: If you wish to chat or share items throughout your meeting, you can do so in the chat section here. This will also display actions such as recording status and whether the Room has been locked or not.

  8. Start/stop sharing your screen: Click here to share your screen. Once clicked, it will allow you to select which tab you'd like to share and it will show in blue when sharing. Click again to stop sharing.
