Attempting to Upload a Solo Interview

Having issues uploading your Solo Interview? Here are some steps that can help!

Your Solo Interview might take a while to upload, depending on its length and your network speed. However, if you see the message below for longer than expected, please try the following steps to help resolve this.

Check Your Internet Connection

Ensure you're allowing the maximum bandwidth to be used during the upload. Here are some steps you can take:

  • If you're on Wi-Fi, move your device closer to your router.

  • Close any tabs or apps you don't need.

  • Disconnect or unplug devices you're not using, e.g. game consoles or smart home speakers. Don't forget to plug them back in afterwards!

Check If There's an Ad Blocker Active on Your Browser

Adblockers are used to block or filter online advertising in browsers or networks. They can come with your antivirus software and/or can be installed as an extension on your browser. Unfortunately, they sometimes interfere with the upload process. To fix this, please disable your Ad Blocker for the duration of the upload. Then turn it back on again once done.

After you've attempted these steps, please allow a couple of minutes for the interview to upload.

If you're still having issues, please try uploading the interview using a different browser.
