It happens to the best of us, so no judgement! When you log into Odro, click the link underneath 'Forgotten your password' and follow the instructions from there. Easy!

From here you'll be asked to input the email address registered to your Odro account.
Make sure to tick 'I'm not a robot'. Prove you are not a robot (if you are not a robot) if required, and then click on 'Reset Password'
Once entered click 'Reset Password.' You will know you have successfully requested a password reset when you'll see this green banner:
An email will be sent to your inbox and you can follow the steps to reset your password from there.
